- We offer a 5-year warranty on kitchen equipment purchased from Pando.
- The deadline to submit all documentation and access the 5-year warranty is 90 days from the invoice date.
- The warranty period begins on the purchase date specified on the invoice. Please refer to the installation and user manual for warranty conditions.
- To activate the warranty, it is essential to attach images of the purchase invoice and each of the labels on the products you purchased, showing the serial number.
